Terms and refunds

Pre-order. Every piece is a pre-order. You pay now and we make it after the drop. Each drop is limited to 100 units of each piece.

Images. Product images are AI-generated concepts. The piece you receive is made from the same design and will differ from them.

Delivery. Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 months from your order. If that date moves, we email you the new date, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Refunds. You can cancel for a full refund any time before your piece ships. If a piece does not reach the quantity we need to produce it, we refund you in full. After delivery, write to us within 14 days if the piece is faulty or you want to return it unused.

Prices. In the United States you pay in US dollars and in Canada in Canadian dollars. Prices shown for other countries are estimates, because we do not ship there yet.

Shipping and duties. We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is shown before you pay. Import duties and local taxes may apply in your country and are yours to pay.
